Hot off its 2025 Keep It Fringe award win, London-based Chinese company Roarrr Theatre debuts its fantastical, cross-cultural family adventure Here Comes Gudong! at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Blending interactive play, puppetry, mythology and steampunk magic, this genre-breaking show is designed for children aged 4–12 — and the curious grown-up too.

Join a ragtag team of mythic explorers — a sound-obsessed 🐒 monkey from Sichuan, a gear-loving 🦊 fox scientist, and a millennia-🐢 old turtle oracle — as they chase a mysterious “Gudong!” rumble across time and continents.  The true source of the Gudong sound? You will be suprised!
